Privacy: 
Any personal information we retrieve from you while browsing or shopping with us remains confidential. We will not sell or share your information with any outside organizations unless legally obliged to do so.

GTO: Grinta To Order:  
GRINTA LLC currently manufactures cycling kits (jerseys, bibs, caps, accessories, etc.) to order under our GTO: Grinta To Order process. All casual wear (t-shirts, hoodies, etc.) is also printed on-demand, meaning they are printed when you order for your specific size and style. We currently only stock our limited edition posters.

Returns + Exchanges + Refunds: 
Since all Grinta® cycling apparel is manufactured from pre-order quantities, sizes, and styles, we don't stock other sizes for exchanges.

Any claims for misprinted or defective items must be submitted within 7-days after the product is received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no more than 14-days after the estimated delivery date. For items damaged by shipping, please contact your local carrier to file a claim.

Any returns or problems that occur because of an error on our part will be handled at the expense of Grinta LLC. Cases where customers would like to exchange or return a product without any defect or due to a wrong size being ordered are handled at the customer's expense.

If you wish to exchange bibs or jerseys for different sizes, the garments must be in new, unworn condition (other than trying on over undergarments). You must also cover any insured return shipping costs.

Please contact us first regarding any concerns involving returns or exchanges. We will provide our correct return mailing address and any available expected date for our next pre-orders for your replacement pieces.
